Research interests
Na+,K+-ATPaseは原形質膜に存在し,細胞の膜電位を保つ重要なタンパク質である.このATPaseは,αおよびβサブユニットで構成され,αサブユニット(αNaK)にはα1からα4までのアイソフォームがある.ヒト肝細胞癌(HCC)ではαNaKとの関連についての報告はなく,本研究はHCCにおけるαNaKの発現変動および生理機能を明らかにすることを目的とした.その結果,HCCにおいてα3NaKは癌細胞の生存に寄与し,また治療のターゲットタンパク質になり得ると考えられた.
