-1 inner valence photoionization dynamics of NO derived from photoelectron-photoion angular correlations

抄録

The molecule frame angular distributions of photoelectrons and photoions emitted after the 4σ-1 photoionization of nitrous oxide molecules in the gas phase were measured. Linearly and circularly polarized light were used at a photon energy of 40.8 eV to derive a unique set of dipole transition moments and phase differences. Measured data and the derived dipole transition parameters were compared to multichannel Schwinger configuration interaction calculations. Comparisons of Schwinger configuration interaction calculations showed the capability of this method to predict the angular distributions due to correct identification of main components of the photoelectron wave expansion and their relative phase shifts.
