Abstract

For evaluation of lymphangiogenesis, lymph node metastases, pulmonary metastasis, we established the luciferase stability expression human lung cancer cell line (A549). We examined the intracellular signals in lung cancer cells. We identified the compound which had an influence on the activity of HIF1a which was important to angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. We examined the effects of some compounds on lymphangiogenesis inhibition and promotion. Also, A549 luciferase stability expression cells were transfused into mice and we examined the effects of these compounds on tumor growth, lymphangiogenesis, lymph node metastases, pulmonary metastasis.
