チロシンキナーゼ型受容体(RTK)は,がん治療の主要な分子標的であるにもかかわらず,その活性調節機構については不明な点が多く残されています.我々は,リガンド非依存的に細胞内からRTKが活性化されることを見出し,その分子機構の解析を進めています.がん分子標的薬に対する耐性克服など,がん治療分野への新たな情報提供を目指しています.
