Research interests
原因が[転移]である.特に悪性黒色腫は日本でも増加傾向にある腫瘍であり,また転移能の高い腫瘍として知られている.私はこれまでに悪性黒色腫特異的がん遺伝子である転写因子MITFを薬剤標的とすることを目的に,MITFの機能解析を主に行なってきた.今後も腫瘍における転写因子の機能解析を行い,がん転移の制圧に向けた研究を進めていく予定である.
