N2 - We have applied a fabrication method of ink-jet printed self-aligned emission zone to top-emission organic light emitting diode. Maximum luminance obtained was 1,000 cd/m2. By application of this fabrication technique, we have demonstrated a printed display panel with size of 30×30 mm2, and resolution of 300 ppi.
