N2 - In this presentation, we report the selective synthesis of the linear polymer (1), the hyperbranched polymer (2) and the hyperbranched polymer with cyclic structure (3) from the simple trifunctional phenolic compound : 1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene. The linear polymer (1) was Stereoregular polymer having phenylene-methylene moiety in the main chain. We also present similar Stereoregular polymer from resorcinol derivatives such as 2,6-dimethoxy-5- methylphenol, 1,2,3,5-tetramethoxybenzene, etc.
