このために、（1）PE妊婦末梢血APCから凝集タンパクを検出する　（2）in vitroにて絨毛セルライン由来の凝集タンパクをAPCに取り込ませ,DCあるいはMφの機能異常,そしてTreg機能との相関関係を解明する.
