Research interests
精神看護学は[こころの健康]を追求する実践を伴う学問です.全人的観点による精神看護ケアを探求し,対象者が最良な状態を実現するための活動を目標としています.そこで,[抑うつ]をメンタルな(心理的)こころとスピリチュアルな(神気的)こころから構成されると捉え,看護学生を対象に抑うつ予防プログラムを実施し,その効果について研究しています.
