N2 - Two cases of vertigo with subclavian artery stenosis are presented. In both cases, the angiograms revealed left subclavian artery stenosis at the middle portion of the clavicle as well as kinked origin of the vertebral artery. After resection of the anterior scalene muscle, the stenosis and the vertigo resolved.
