We have developed an experimental setup for measuring thermoelectric power (TEP) from 5 to 0.25 K using a 3He-4He dilution refrigerator. A good function of this setup was proved by measuring TEP of a superconductor LaPdSn and an antiferromagnetic Kondo compound CePdSn whose data for T>2 K are available. The existence of a new positive peak of TEP around 2 K for CePdSn was ascertained.
