Detection and collection system of target single cell based on respiration activity

抄録

This paper describes the single cell based detection and collection system based on respiration activity. The micro-arrayed oxygen sensor were used for parallel monitoring of single cell respiration activity. This sensor consists of optical sensor film for oxygen, and micro well array prepared with carbon black doped PDMS. We have succeeded in a parallel monitoring for single cell respiration activity by using a microarrayed oxygen sensor. We have also developed an automatic single cell collector which can be used with a commercial inverted microscope. The mouse lymphocyte in the target well alone was successfully collected by combining these two technologies.
