A 25 year old male presented with a huge painless cystic mass which extended from the left neck to the axillary area. CT and MRI showed continuous cyst with multiple septums. The cyst was treated with local injection of OK 432. Although the patient complained of pyrexia for a week following the therapy, the cyst was extremely reduced its volume. For a year after the treatment, neither other complications nor recurrence have been noted. Our result shows that local injection of OK 432 for cystic hygroma is both safe and reliable treatment.
