双方向スイッチを用いた新しい単相マルチレべルインバータ回路

抄録

The multi-level inverter has been used practically as an equipment of the large capacity converted into AC from DC. Though it is possible to reduce the voltage distortion by the increase of the voltage level, the miniaturization is difficult in order to require many switching elements. When the pulse width modulation control is applied in order to improve waveform distortion, the lowering of the efficiency is not avoided. Then, new multi-level inverter circuit using the bi-directional switches is proposed in this paper. It is possible that this circuit outputs the equivalent voltage level using the less element than the conventional circuit. The validity of this circuit was verified by simulation and experiment.
