Abstract

The transport and thermal properties of Ce- and Pr-filled skutterudites was presented. The unusual temperature versus magnetic-field phase diagrams of PrFe4P12, PrOs4Sb12, CeRu4Sb12 and CeOs4Sb12 were studied. In the filled skutterudite compounds, a variety of exotic behaviors resulting from c-f hybridization associated with its crystallographic structure were found.
