Abstract

Transparent organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) were deposited with top electrode of indium-tin-oxide (ITO) by ion-plating method. High transmittance of over 80 % at 550 nm and bright emission of 1,500 and 830 cd/m2, from bottom and top side at 100 m A/cm2, respectively, were obtained.
