Three-phase sextuple voltage rectifier circuit using diode charge pump scheme

Abstract

A novel three-phase sextuple voltage rectifier circuit is presented. The proposed circuit applies the diode charge pump scheme to the three-phase system and the direct output voltage is about 6 times more than the input line-to-line voltage. The validity of the proposed circuit is demonstrated using simulations and experiments.
