Abstract

Various printing and coating technologies of organic electron devices are presented. Using IJP, OLEDs without bank formation are done. By laminating two substrates coated emission material and plastic film with cathodes on a both sides, double-faced emission panel is realized. By coating Ag nano-particle films, all-organic self-Alignment TFTs have fabricated. Finally, a sheet-Type scanner integrated with OLED light source, transparent oxide FET, and IJP organic photodiode has demonstrated.
