Paper no p21: Organic thin-film transistors using V-shaped organic semiconductor with various interfacial layers

Abstract

Organic Thin-Film Transistor (OTFTs) using V-shaped organic semiconductor with various insulating interfacial layers (IILs) were investigated. The mobility and threshold voltage of OTFT without interfacial layer were 0.70 cm2/Vs and 1.2 V. respectively. However, by using various interfacial layers. OTFT with CT4112 exhibit high performance of mobility up to 1.2 cm2/Vs and low threshold voltage -4.3 V was obtained.
