Abstract

A novel MOS triangle-to-sine wave convertor (TSC) is proposed. The novel circuit is based on the exponential characteristics of MOS devices operated in the subthreshold region. The circuit with a total harmonic distortion of 0-21% and bandwidth of 100kHz has been demonstrated by PSPICE simulation and experiments.
