Abstract

Hazard maps have been mainly made as a disaster mitigation measures for the earthquake and the tsunami on paper. However, they can express only a specific disaster scale and a damage situation on paper. We are constructing scalable real-time update type hazard map to distribute disaster information to a personal computer and the mobile phone. It become possible to correspond also to a snow disaster and a thunderbolt by always distributes latest information on the hazard map to information terminal. In this paper, we consider framework of real-time update type hazard map system.
