Abstract

In this article, a parapharyngeal tumor were operated using computer-assisted system (Evans III). This system needs three points to register. In this case, bilateral ears and teeth were selected for registration. We suggest a Mold Registration system. It means that ear molds or tooth mold were sampled from patient preoperatively and titanium screw for indicating with navigator was inserted to mold. This registration is a useful method for reducing system error. We tried to use a mold registration for extirpation of parapharyngeal tumor.
