Abstract

In our department, we utilized a superimposed technique with electronystagmography and video images of eye movement to analyze three dimensional eye movements. The system consisted of a small infra-red video charge-coupled device camera, a video tape recorder, a computerized electronystagmograph and a microcomputer. Both horizontal and vertical components of eye movement in the electronystagmogram were superimposed on a video image. The composite image allowed quantitative analysis of eye movement.
