Abstract
The Hall effect has been investigated using single crystals of the frustrated Kondo lattice Pr2 Ir2 O7. The transverse Hall resistivity ρxy is found to increase logarithmically on cooling below 1 K where the spin liquid behavior has been observed. At the same temperature range, the longitudinal resistivity has nearly no temperature dependence. The magnetic field dependence of ρxy shows nonlinear increase against the magnetization. This behavior cannot be ascribed to the conventional mechanism such as skew scattering and side-jump processes.
