Abstract

Sclerosing stromal tumor (SST) of the ovary is a rare benign tumor encountered during in the second and third decades. We present the MRI findings in a case of SST with torsion confirming pathologic characterization reflected pseudolobulation, prominetnt vascularity and sclerosis. In our case, MR imaging of peripheral hypervascularity and multicystic component made complicate to differentiate SST from massive ovarian edema.
