Abstract
A 32-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with a complaint of gross hematuria. Cystoscopy documented hematuria from the left ureteral orifice. We diagnosed left renal bleeding due to nutcracker phenomenon. After observative treatment for 30 months the patient underwent retrograde hydrogen peroxide instillation to the renal pelvis. Since then, gross hematuria was not found.
