Abstract
This article is intended as an investigation of character of internet usage of Hmong people in Pa Khlang Village, Nan Province, Thailand. Their internet usage has two specific characters. First, they have not used web browsing. Secondary, Hmong people cannot find usual information in WWW. These characters shows us the way of information sharing to minority people.
