Outline of Research at the Start

膵神経内分泌腫瘍（pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor: PanNET）では、抗腫瘍薬投与中に薬剤耐性獲得が生じ、その効果が減弱消失することがしばしば経験される。このような薬剤耐性獲得は、PanNET患者に不利益をもたらす大きな問題である。そこで本研究では、PanNETの薬剤耐性獲得に関わるmiRNAとその標的分子の発現と機能を明らかにすることで、miRNAを用いたPanNETの新たな治療戦略や革新的治療法の開発することを計画した。
