Abstract
癌組織からのcell lineを利用し、固形腫瘍における癌幹細胞マーカー(細胞表面抗原)による細胞分画の検出、分離をcell sorterにて行った。CD24(+)CD44(+)の細胞が癌幹細胞の性質を示した。
