Abstract

Using oral squamous cancer cell lines, over-expression of MMP9 or periostin was strongly observed in high invasive cell line (HSC4) compared with low invasive cell line (HSC3). Apoptosis was induced in HSC4 cells with low dose bisphosphonate. Moreover, induction of apoptosis in cell line was enhanced by addition to Ca.
